We look at what you have today and agree with you what comes across, what stays where it is, and the dates. You get the plan in writing before anything moves.

Bring your clients across
Clients, contacts, year ends, key dates and open work, from the export your system already produces. We check every client against your old system and show you anything that does not match.
From you: Look over the differences we flag.

Your old system stays exactly as it is while your team starts in MTE. Nothing is switched off until you decide.

On your own clients, not a demo. Short sessions, set by role, so each person learns the part they use.

Everyone you deal with is based in the UK and works UK hours. No overseas call centre and no ticket that waits for another time zone. You speak to the person who knows your firm.

The application, the database and stored documents are hosted in London. Reading a document is processed outside the UK, and we will show you exactly how in the walkthrough.

How long does a move take?
It depends on how many clients you have and how much comes across. The plan gives you the dates before anything starts, and you choose the go-live day.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Plenty of firms start with one part of the practice and keep their existing software for the rest until they are ready. The plan can be done in stages.
Will we lose our history?
No. We agree in the plan what history comes across. Nothing in your old system is deleted by the move, so it stays where you can reach it for as long as you keep it.
Who does the work?
We do, with a named contact in the UK from the first call to after go-live. We never pass your move to an overseas team or a third-party implementer.
What will it cost?
We agree the cost of the move with you in writing, as part of the plan, before anything starts.
Will our clients notice?
Only when you want them to. They keep dealing with you as they do now, and get an invite to the MTE app when you decide to invite them.
